Bang Energy Chapter 11: All You Need to Know

As many of you have heard, Bang Energy/VPX Sports recently filed for voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, and, not surprisingly, we’ve received a lot of questions from our loyal Bangsters about it. In this blog, we will answer some of the questions raised.

Is Bang Energy going out of business?

No. In fact, this voluntary filing helps protect our business. We have reorganized our distribution network and will use this time to recover from unexpected challenges. We have also been provided additional financing by lenders to continue our operations.

Will customers still be able to find and buy Bang products?

Absolutely. There is no change to the availability of our products. All your favorite Bang Energy flavors and products, including Vooz, Meltdown, Redline, and others continue to be produced in our state-of-the-art facilities.

Also, our products continue to be available through retailers, wholesalers, and online at BangEnergy.com.

Better still, Bang Energy’s newly orchestrated and soon-to-launch direct store distribution network currently covers nearly 95% of the United States. When fully implemented, this month, it should cover nearly 100% of the U.S.

How long do you expect this to last?

As for how long the Chapter 11 protection will last, we don’t know, but we’re actively taking steps to expedite this process as much as possible and will keep our customers updated along the way.

As always, we greatly appreciate your loyalty, love, and support! If you have further questions, we invite you to write us at info@bangenergy.com or call us at (954) 641 0570 (option 1). Our team is available to assist during business hours, Monday through Friday.
