What’s extraordinary about this job:

As a Field Marketing Specialist at Bang Energy, you will become an expert and gain a deep knowledge of sales and marketing activities in your given market. You will have the freedom and flexibility to create and innovate field marketing and sampling strategies that align with the “bigger picture”. Beyond you, you will hand-pick and build a team of brand representatives that are dedicated to the success of the market as you yourself work alongside a team of Field Marketing members from across the country.

What you’ll do:

  • Support local key events, scenes, and marketing opportunities in line with Bang Energy brand values that are relevant with a focus on participation.
  • Increase brand awareness through local partnerships and on-site grassroots events.
  • Sales and marketing liaison and support for brand activations and sales support initiatives.
  • Translate national programs into successful local activation through product sampling and event partnerships.
  • Hire, train, and staff a brand representative team (Bang Energy Fuel Team) to execute brand affinity events, on and off premise activations, donation drops, and any additional field marketing efforts.
  • Activate national events with other Field Marketing and Marketing Team members.
  • Support Bang Energy Social Media team through content creation as directed by Managers and Coordinators.
  • Up to 30% travel may be required, availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or business-related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years’ experience in field or event marketing in beverage, CPG, or lifestyle.
  • 1 year experience in leadership/management role.
  • Must be able to work cross functional with internal sales and marketing teams to execute marketing programs.
  • Event planning experience is a must.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
