  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers inquiring about our company and products
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution
  • Achieve exceptional understanding of product catalog and product benefits
  • Resolve customer inquiries/complaints via phone, email, mail and social media
  • Review and address website customer reviews
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and promote sales
  • Organize information to support sales team
  • Keep records of customer complaints
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Assist Team Lead with special projects as needed


  • Associate degree or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience
  • Candidate must be 100% fluent in both the English and Spanish languages
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of questions
  • Experience with social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Self-motivated is a MUST
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Has a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoy working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written, verbal and active listening)
  • Must be available to travel if required

Job Type: Full-time remote, 9AM-5PM Pacific Standard Time
