Responsibilities

  • Drive and own full life cycle recruiting process
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain and keep an updated and complete tracker of all open/closed position and Candidates status
  • Set up interviews and logistic (Coordinate local, offsite and virtual interviews. Logistics and accommodations for offsite candidates
  • Send EOD to the Sr TA
  • Position: Administrative, non-managerial positions and support the Jr Recruiter as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • 1 year of experience with Volume Recruitment
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and ATS systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel outside: 15%
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools
  • Has a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times challenging environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
