  • Create, develop, and manage YouTube content creation
  • Perform editing and proofread all content to maintain establish online reputation
  • Shape and execute an overall YouTube channel video content strategy
  • Manage video uploads, thumbnails, and viewership growth
  • Identify creative opportunities to create social-forward content that will excite and engage audience
  • Keep track of many videos at varying points of the workflow
  • Respond to comments in a timely manner
  • Maintain an ultra-positive and high energy environment of the page
  • Learn and possess in-depth knowledge of Bang Energy’s brand
  • Research and stay abreast of trending topics


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • 2+ years of YouTube video management and video editing experience
  • An understanding of the best practices for utilizing YouTube SEO
  • Knowledge of YouTube SEO tools like TubeBuddy and VidIQ
  • Track record of managing impactful YouTube channels
  • Technical experience to complete production, including Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects
  • Familiarity with YouTube features including stories, live streaming, long-form video
  • Passion for Bang Energy’s brand and product line
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and social media strategy
  • Creative thinking to constantly come up with engaging ideas
  • Ability to master the brand voice, specific to each piece
  • Ability to quickly make decisions under pressure and determine best responses to posts
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Dropbox
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, adapt quickly to change, and remain flexible
  • Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail, and communication
  • Ability to take and give the proper constructive criticism where it is due
  • Self-motivated is a MUST.
  • Has a “whatever it takes” attitude
