What does a voluntary chapter 11 filing mean?

Vital Pharmaceuticals (the “Company” (“VPX”) or “Bang”), with the support of its lenders, filed a voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization petition in Florida, which will enable the Company to continue operating its business without interruption. This means the Company can review and implement restructuring options while continuing day-to-day operations.

Does this mean the company is going out of business?

No. In fact, this helps protect our business. We will reorganize our distribution network and recover from unexpected challenges. We have also been provided additional financing by lenders to continue our operations.

Will I still be able to find Bang products?

Absolutely. There is no change to the availability of our products. All your favorite flavors and products continue to be produced and are available at trusted retailers, wholesalers, and online as always. Bang Energy’s newly orchestrated and soon-to-launch direct store distribution network currently covers nearly 95% of the entire US. Bang Energy’s new DSD network will launch nationwide and be closer to 100% as it officially exits its settlement agreement with Pepsi in October.
