HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
SRO Zero Carb Whey Isolate can be used any time of day or night but is especially good before or after periods of intense activity. Just combine a scoop with 5-7 ounces of cold water (depending on personal preference for desired thickness). For added body, replace some of the water with ice cubes. (Always drink additional water with your shakes to avoid bloating).
