HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT
As a dietary supplement, take two capsules daily, one with a glass of water in the morning (or whenever you start your day) and one approximately 5-6 hours later, preferably with a meal and/or as directed by your healthcare professional. Drink plenty of water during the day to support hydration. Reduce your dosage initially to assess your tolerance.
