Most shipping for domestic orders is transacted via FedEx. You may select between Ground, 2-day, 3-day (some areas), and Next Day Air. A per-item shipping fee is quoted based on the weight of your order and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction on the Site.
International and Canadian orders are not permitted via the Site. Please refer to our country-specific websites to place orders for product and delivery outside of the United States, or contact us at [email protected] for further assistance with international orders.
We ship most orders within three (3) business days after the order has been placed. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. We endeavor to notify Customers if products are backordered. Orders received after 1:00 PM ET will be shipped the following business day. BANG does not ship during holidays.
Customers located in the South Florida area are subject to our local delivery service. Our Bang Energy drivers depart our facilities and deliver your package directly to your doorstep. The cost for local deliveries will be calculated at checkout and will cover the shipping cost for us to deliver your order.
BANG and the Site are not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. You are responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping.
When you place an order with BANG on the Site, your order will be shipped to the address in the United States that you designate. Please note that BANG does not ship to P.O. Boxes. You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). If you enter an incorrect shipping address, BANG is not responsible for you not receiving the shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
All purchases on the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, the risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
BANG and the Site are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. BANG suggests that you take pictures of the damaged packaging and/or product to include as part of your claim filed with the shipment carrier.
You may return or exchange a product purchased from the Site in accordance with our Return Policy and Exchanges Policy on the Site.
What is Route Shipping Insurance?
BANG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We’ve partnered with Route to provide you with a shipping insurance coverage option for your order. Route covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged in accordance with their guidelines. You can choose to add this service to your order at checkout.
