HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT

For a great-tasting, delicious shake any time of day or night, combine each protein scoop with 5-7 ounces of cold water (depending on personal preference for desired thickness). For added body, replace some of the water with ice cubes. (Always drink additional water with your shakes to avoid bloating).
